Our products and service solutions offer flexibility and depth so that policyholders are able to mix and match cover levels to suit their needs and budget. We are able to help where Private Medical Insurance is being purchased for the first time and also where cover is being switched from others insurers.

We have arrangements in place with over 750 participating hospitals and medical facilities across the UK including all of the leading national private hospital groups such as Nuffield, BMI, HCA, Spire and Ramsey Healthcare. Our policyholders have access to quality and choice in respect of where they are treated.

Our covers can be purchased through our websites, over the phone, through brokers, and through our own field sales teams. In addition, our covers can be found listed on many of the online comparison sites used today.

We work closely in partnership with a wide variety of intermediaries ranging from PMI specialists to Employee Benefit Consultants where we offer bespoke flex benefit solutions for companies providing flexibility and innovation in product design and delivery.

Our adaptable approach to product design solutions enables us to target and deliver niche solutions. Through our sports division, branded SportsInsurance4U, we specialize in the provision of PMI solutions to both the professional and amateur sports markets, working closely with some of the largest professional sports clubs in the United Kingdom.

Our unique ‘Opt-in’ solution offers special schemes which can be used by affinity groups and associations which may wish to make available covers to their employees or members without involvement in the selling process whilst fulfilling an important employee (or member) benefit solution.

This range has proved popular with individuals, families, and companies who may not have considered private healthcare before as it is designed to give the benefits of private healthcare, at the lowest cost.

Premium range - comprehensive choice of private medical cover
This range is designed to provide individuals, families and companies, an excellent choice of a more comprehensive cover. All policies within the range also include access to Exclusive Lifestyle Rewards which provides Policyholders access to a range of discounts and offers on luxury products, services, and experiences.

Worldwide Travel Insurance
This may be added to a healthcare policy and will cover Policyholders for an unlimited number of trips within any 12 month period. Cover is currently provided through the Lloyd’s market.

In-patient Psychiatric Treatment
This provides cover for both in-patient and day-patient treatment if a Policyholder is diagnosed with a psychiatric condition.

Pre-existing Medical Conditions Cover
When a client applies for PMI cover they have the option to include coverage for treatment relating to a range of pre-existing medical conditions. This type of cover is not generally available from other insurers.
